Our goal is to remove the risk, stress, and unexpected costs from your project. We manage the design, permitting, construction, install, and final completion of the project and are a one stop shop to make your addition plans become a reality.

Designing

The duration of the planning steps varies, it can be as fast as 1 month or as long as the customer wants.

Financing
Some families acquire financing from a lender to pay for the addition. Don't be afraid to shop around to find the best rates available!
Ask us about lenders that are familiar with our product and we will provide contact information.

Contract Signing
After funds are in order and the estimate package is approved we can go ahead with a contract.
A down payment is required with the contract and will hold your place in the production schedule.

Permitting
Before we began construction we need to obtain permits and specify the materials that will be used on your project. We'll handle all of the permitting work so you don't have to worry.

Material Prep
We will provide you with a list of materials that you get to pick out. Your salesperson will be available to help you through any questions!

Construction
Once permits are in and materials have been finalized we'll get started on factory construction. Feel free to schedule times to come and visit during the production process!

House Preperation
We'll need to come out to your property prior to the installation date to prep the foundation and get a few other details ready. We should only need a couple days at your property prior to the installation.
Most projects are installed and completed within 2-3 months

Installation
This is the exciting part! We'll place your modular addition on the foundation and then finish the project. We complete as much as possible before shipping to minimize time at your property and make the remodeling process as stress free as possible. We will only be at your home for a few weeks!
