About Linked Living Homes

We build Linked Living TM Home Additions - We build both modular and stick built additions for seniors and those with special needs. By building these living spaces we enable families to take care of their loved ones but also give them independent spaces to live. We are looking for someone who really believes in our mission, someone who has the same “Why” as we do.

Pay:

$70,000-$100,000K Salary


Summary:

Linked Living is looking for a construction manager that will initially report to the current production manager and assist in production management activities while becoming familiar with the company and product. When ready we plan to have this person move into the production manager position responsible for the overall production of the company and reporting directly to the president.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Believes in the mission

  • Authentically desires to work with the customers best interest in mind

  • Very good communicator

  • Strong background in construction

  • Strong computer skills (word docs, spreadsheets, email, calendar, etc)

  • Ideally this person has worked in construction management for 5+ years or similar experience.


Job Description:

  • Direct construction of projects based off of blueprints and project specifications

  • Schedule subcontractors, employees, and materials

  • Purchase materials needed for construction

  • Help resolve day to day problems of construction team

  • Communicate with customers regarding schedule, decisions, handling concerns, etc…

  • Request and ensure successful completion of building inspections

  • Find and build relationships with new subcontractors as needed

Normally Monday-Friday - Saturdays on rare occasion

Average 45 hrs weekly - Varies with project needs



Travel Needed:

Minimal travel to job sites when needed


Location:

Fox Valley - Current Manufacturing Site located in Appleton

Job site locations vary - typically within 1 hour of Appleton
