Part Time Architect/Draftsperson

• Open to both hourly pay or project by project compensation 

Summary:

• We design and build additions for seniors so they can live connected to their families.  We have some employees that are capable of drafting plans and also have some relationships with local part time architects but are needing more help and would like to bring on others part time to help.  It seems to work well to have a few different people part time each working on different projects.  If you are interested in being a part of the mission and drawing plans please reach out and we can talk more!

Skills & Qualifications:

• Professional Experience in architecture/drafting.

Job Description:

• Draw plan set based off of contract floor plan and materials specifications.

• Could be as little as 1 plan set every other month or as much as 2 plansets per month.  We are flexible.

• Part time - flexible - can work from whenever you like.

Travel Needed:

• Minimal/none.  It would be best for us to go look at the addition project together in person and then you can work from wherever you like.

• We’re located in Appleton - our additions are typically within an hour of Appleton
